Ingredients
- 3 cup fresh Curd
- 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
- For Seasoning
- 2 tsp Oil
- Pinch of Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Garlic chutney
- 1 tsp Ginger chili paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
- Add mustard seeds in it.
- When it is spluttering, add turmeric powder, ginger chili paste in it.
- Mix and this seasoning add in to curd.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with Rotla, Thepla or Bhakri.
