Ingredients
  • 3 cup fresh Curd
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped)
  • For Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • Pinch of Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Garlic chutney
  • 1 tsp Ginger chili paste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
  • Add mustard seeds in it.
  • When it is spluttering, add turmeric powder, ginger chili paste in it.
  • Mix and this seasoning add in to curd.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve with Rotla, Thepla or Bhakri.
